Resource Furniture Services Limited was formed in November 2002 and is one of the oldest full service independent Installation businesses in the UK.

We are a privately owned company formed by Jerry Dean, who was managing director and part owner of Professional Contract Installations, and Mark Cronk, who was employed as operations director.

Jerry and Mark believe in a strong work ethic based on honesty, integrity and a professional attitude together with a commitment to their people, an inbred pride in constantly striving for the highest standards, and an instinctive “can do” attitude to get each and every job completed to the satisfaction of every client.

Over the past decade or more we’ve been working in diverse sectors from banking and commerce to major government departments. Forging and maintaining great relationships is integral to our success, offering a winning blend of superior client satisfaction and high levels of repeat business.

Working closely with an assigned installation manager they ensure standards are maintained and client satisfaction guaranteed.

We also believe in clear, uncluttered communication. That begins, quite simply, with you telling us what you need, providing any plans you’ve had drawn-up, a list of specifications, delivery considerations and the hours during which installation will take place.

Our team will then create a budget, detailing the scope of work, the services we’ll provide and the type of furniture specified, whether ancillary, demountable wall systems, raised flooring or high density filing.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the planning of installation services, RFS knows how to plan and execute installation projects.

A member of our team will assist you with on-site inventories, scheduling forecasts, site measurements, shipping schedules, pre-site construction meetings and project timelines to ensure every aspect of your project is identified at an early stage and accounted for as part of the planning and execution stages

An RFS representative can assist you with project coordination, scheduling, and pre-installation site walks to ensure the site is ready and to communicate all information to the dedicated installation team planning, preparing and delivering your project.


Getting it right, on time, every time is something we’re constantly striving to achieve. Our installation team will get things done, keep you informed at every step and complete your installation to the manufacturer’s standards. They will organise a walk-through on completion and provide you with a detailed list of ancillary items leaving the site clean and ready for occupation.
