Professionalism is at the heart of everything we do, but we don’t just throw the word around, we reinforce a commitment to it at every stage. Nor are we a business that just send fitters to a site, we take ownership of every project, ensuring it is led by a dedicated Account Manager who is there for everything from the preparation of quotations, to site visits and the oversight of even the smallest detail. Working closely with an assigned Installation Manager they ensure standards are maintained and client satisfaction guaranteed.
Finally, it’s about taking pride in everything we do, whether it’s a small installation or large-scale project. We appreciate no two jobs are the same and we understand things don’t always go according to plan. At RFS, we have the experience, infrastructure, insight and knowledge to address and resolve any issue. In fact, when needed, you’ll often see one of our directors pitching in to get the job done.
